This update is all about making FumoForge feel right from the very first second. We’ve revamped the onboarding process, secured your workspace identity, and made sure you can manage tasks comfortably from any device.

🚀 Onboarding & Collaboration

• Animated Onboarding Journey: We’ve added smooth transitions and animations to the onboarding steps. Getting started now feels as good as it looks.
• Early Invitations: You can now invite your teammates directly during account setup. A new UI step allows you to add colleagues' emails so your team is ready to go the moment you land in the dashboard.
• Unique Identity (Slug Validation): To ensure every project and workspace has its own home, we’ve implemented strict slug validation.
  • Workspace Slugs: Every new workspace now checks for uniqueness during setup.
  • Project Slugs: Each project is guaranteed a unique, clean URL for consistent and predictable navigation.

📱 Mobile & UI Refinements

• Full Mobile Responsiveness: We’ve done a deep dive into our layouts to ensure they work perfectly on smaller screens. Major improvements were made to:
  • Personal & Project Settings: Tweak your preferences on the go.
  • Workspace & Project Dashboards: Your data now scales beautifully.
  • Main Project View: Better spacing and layout for mobile browsers.
• New Mobile Navigation: We’ve added a dedicated trigger menu for mobile users. The sidebar now tucks away neatly and slides in only when you need it, maximizing your screen real estate.

Fixes & Reliability 🐛

• Validation Guards: Improved error messaging when a chosen slug is already taken, preventing confusing "failed to save" errors.
• Layout Squishing: Fixed several "overflow" bugs where long project names or setting toggles would break the layout on narrow screens.
• Onboarding Flow: Ensured that the invitation step correctly handles multiple email formats and prevents duplicates.
